1. Privacy Policy & Data Ownership
At AgriNexaFarm, we hold a fundamental conviction: your farm's records belong strictly to you. We do not sell, license, or expose your herd yields, bird mortality rates, vaccination schedules, or financial numbers to third parties or competitors.
Information Collected: User name, email, farm name, geographic unit, livestock counts, poultry flock logs, egg collections, and billing history.
Storage & Encryption: All passwords and API bearer tokens are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS.
2. Terms of Service
By registering an account with AgriNexaFarm (web or mobile application), you agree to use the platform in compliance with Kenyan laws and agricultural standards.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring attendants operating field devices have authorized permissions.
- Service Availability: We maintain a target uptime of 99.8%. The mobile app includes full offline local caching so pasture activities proceed even during internet disruptions.
- Prohibited Uses: Reverse engineering, transmitting malicious payloads, or attempting to breach tenant isolation boundaries will result in immediate account termination.
3. Paystack Subscriptions & 7-Day Free Trial
We offer simple, transparent pricing designed to support both smallholder homesteads and large commercial agro-enterprises.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time without penalties. Your privileges will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you experience technical billing discrepancies, email support@agrinexafarm.com within 7 days for review.
4. Architectural Data Isolation
AgriNexaFarm enforces strict Multi-Tenancy at the database ORM level. Every query for animals, poultry batches, milk yields, and health logs is scoped through FarmTenantScope to guarantee that Farm A can never read or query records belonging to Farm B.
